Employment relates not to the job seekers only but also to the interests of every family.It is vital to people's livelihood.Whichever developed countries or development countries in the world pay attention to the problem of employment.Of course,college students employment problems become whole society more concerned.What is more,the current global economic downturn,China's consumption,investment and export are insufficient motivation,the economic growth continues to fall,enterprises are closed down or fire their employees.The university graduate students all face grave situation and huge employment pressure.They employment success is closely tied up with their own capital stock(human capital,social capital,psychological capital).The college graduates can allocate based on their every resources inventory,among different sectors and locations to maximize their effect and benefits.Most of the existing theory put forward policy suggestions from a macro point of view,or only consider raising university student's human capital or social capital from the perspective of microscopic single.Few paper regards human capital,social capital,and psychological capital as a whole system to study.The author tries to establish the internal mechanism of the three capital from that perspective.This article selects the high reliability and validity as the research instrument of this paper.We analyze questionnaire and utilize various analysis methods.This paper verifies the above conceptual model and research hypothesis.In the end,we will find the following conclusion:Gender does not affect the result of the job,but have an effect on job satisfaction;Native place has no effect on employment results and job satisfaction;Human capital and employment result is positively correlated,the higher human capital,the easier employment;Human capital and job satisfaction is positively correlated,the higher human capital,the higher job satisfaction.Social capital and employment result is positively correlated,the higher social capital,the easier employment;Social capital and job satisfaction is positively correlated,the higher social capital,the higher job satisfaction.Psychological capital and employment result is positively correlated,the higher psychological capital,the easier employment;Psychological capital and job satisfaction is positively correlated,the higher psychological capital,the higher job satisfaction.According to China's national conditions some ideas and suggestions are proposed from the perspective of the government,universities,and individual.At last,through the efforts of everyone,to a certain extent,ease the employment pressure.
