A Study On Chen Yun's Financial Thoughts From 1949 To 1956

Chen Yun was one of the principle leaders of Communist Party of China; he had taken responsibility for our country's economy for a long time. In his economic practice, Chen Yun persisted in the realistic thought, persisted in the correct standpoint serving for the working class. He attached importance to the livelihood of the people, to the national economy's coordinated development, and formed his scientific system of the financial thoughts gradually. This paper takes Chen Yun's financial thoughts as the research object, takes the initial period of new China as the main research stage, and analyzes the contents, the characteristics and the historical status of Chen Yun's financial thoughts.The paper is mainly divided into four parts:The first part: The breeding of Chen Yun's initial financial thoughts.
