It is difficult to be famous in suchan era which already had many glory poetries. Shen Kuo was one of them who wrotemany poems but really could not be regarded as a litterateur. He took part in law reformactively and became a politician. Otherwise, according to his writings and latergenerations’ comments on him, we know he was a great literature. But even these twogreat identities, he was still not famous in nowadays. However his famous fame camefrom his book “Notes of the Master of Mengxi Garden”.It is a landmark masterpiece, but it is only a part of his creation.
