This article based on tomb decorating in the tombs of Song and Jin Dynasties, which have been excavated. Then the research mainly according to the banquet figures, waiters delivered foods to the masters and servants prepared feast images to detailed study. Combined the features in the images, I divide the North of China to seven parts, and then contrast the style of the couples seated in the banquet figures in these decoration of tomb, in order to get the differences of these images in different areas. In the next, considering the geographical conditions, political, economic, and cultural factors, I find the reasons why the banquet figures prevalent in tombs’decoration, and reflections Feast Figure behind Song and Jin era social eating habits, and home decorative furnishings status. These sub-regional classification Northern Song and Jin era feast tombs decorated regional characteristics, will be a valuable information to future studies and in reflecting the connotation during the the depth tomb owner Feast Figure longitudinal or cross-sectional study.
