The theme of "anti-terrorism" has become the focus which most of the governments have to face. Although be the victim of911event and terrorism, The United States of America took a rapid reaction and counter strike after this nation’s temporarily pain and hesitation. What America did cause many kinds of phenomenon in societies, one of them is the large number of the appearance of anti-terrorism films. If combined with observation of American government’s decision, we could read the determination of this most powerful nation in the world and American people’s mind, in addition to various attitudes of people in all parties. More than this, while feeling the power and magnificent of America itself during the reading of anti-terrorism films and explore manufacture of it, we have to admit that the American anti-terrorism films have a clever method to permeate its national ideology.Depend upon these situations, this paper has a comprehensive analysis and compare to the America anti-terrorism films, which directed from1990s to the decade of21th new century. Besides, this paper also includes the analysis and focus of American government’s policy and remarkable affairs in the world. The first chapter of the paper has an observation to the penetration of its national ideology, which shows its empire figure and advanced power, including its soft power show. The second of the paper mainly have an analysis of the evolution of several kinds of protagonists and antagonists appearance and functions during the two decades past. There’re four parts in this chapter:hero description, female description, ordinary person description, antagonist description. The third chapter has a reveal to the self-examine of America anti-terrorism with a generally view, which shows that various parties and attitudes of all kinds people. This chapter also has an exploration to the origin of the attack of terrorism. The fourth chapter has a focus on the aesthetic change with the elapse of times and the remedy of narration, which applied with the movies’self-construction.During the research of anti-terrorism films, this paper has a combination of subjects of movie, philosophy, aesthetic, psychology, sociology, anthropology, communication, political science and so on. With the lead of movie itself, this paper has a systematic theory research to the America anti-terrorism films which manufactured since1990s. The absence of this research in domestic would be filled with this paper. Beside what said above, this paper also has some unique opinions on the narration of "nation-mind films" and the realism style in some films, these views have an innovative meaning in movie research.
