With the development of social economy, business competition is becoming increasingly fierce, every kind of brands like bamboo shoots after a spring rain as appear on the market, appear in the user’s line of sight and the select list. A superb collection of beautiful things of the products that consumers have to choose the content more rich. Every enterprise hopes to become the many brands seize up that a consumer, in addition to improve the quality of the products, the accumulation of good reputation, but also actively into CI system, and established the system of unified, enterprise culture, so that enterprises can win support among the people with professional image, solid and old customers, attract new customers. In the CI system, the most direct to the consumer, can to publicize the products and enterprises play an important role in the VI system.Known to the world, more than80%from vision. Therefore, consumers for an enterprise to understand, are basically from the VI system. Through signs, visual identity system design of the standard color, mascots and so on, all represent the characteristics of a business of their own, the consumer to establish the enterprise cognition through these characteristics, thus forming the overall impression of the enterprises and their products. A successful VI design not only can play a very good propaganda effect, but also can give the consumer the visual beauty. Access to consumers from the spirit level, which has certain advantages in competition.And as a sign of VI design, the most conspicuous part of the core, design a sign of success is the first step of VI design, but also the most important step. Therefore, study on the logo design, start small, the child is father of the man, so as to lay a good foundation for VI design more successful.This paper first introduces the concept of the relationship between the corporate logo design and CI design, and briefly introduces the method and principle of the corporate logo design, and discusses the corporate logo design competition in the commercial importance, this thesis provides the powerful support for the discussion of the significance of logo design. Then for the common graphics and common form techniques are analyzed in detail, and describes the common configuration is consistent with human visual perception rules. Then the detailed description of the common form in the corporate logo application, design elements, design ideas and some design mistakes. Finally, the case analysis the successful experience of three enterprises through a common logo obtained, more importance fact corroborate the significance.
