Research On The Interactive Development Between Recreational Business District And Intangible Cultural Heritage

Intangible cultural heritage is regarded as "the human spirit home", is a kind of easy with the changingtimes and cultural memory annihilation, the protection and spread by more and more countries andattention from all sectors of society. Intangible heritage that its communication requires carriers tomaterialized, also is the space carrier, carrier, personnel carrier. Searching for a suitable platform, stimulatethe public participation of intangible cultural heritage, the communication is very important. Cityrecreational business district （RBD） is one of the most important space form of city tourism, in the rapiddevelopment of city tourism and cultural tourism today, RBD is also facing cultural characteristics notoutstanding, can’t satisfy the tourists growing cultural needs of the situation. The intangible culturalheritage into the recreational business district, the realization of interactive development between the two,promote win-win symbiosis of culture and economy, the protection and development, is the starting pointof this study.This study based on the literature review, the paper defines the concept of intangible cultural heritageand Recreation Business District, analysis of the intangible cultural heritage classification, characteristics,cultural space. The intangible cultural heritage and RBD interaction analyses. Cultural capital theory,sustainable development theory, interaction theory provides the theoretical basis for this study, and twointeractive development has many barriers, including the intangible cultural heritage of the "invisible" andthe perception of tourist demand contradiction, contradiction between development and cultural protectionand business as well as the traditional culture and modern urban civilization conflict. These two interactivedifficulties.This paper is focused on the analysis of the two and how to realize the interaction and interaction path.Induction through theoretical derivation and previous research, the interaction mechanism of two wereobtained, namely intangible cultural transformation through the cultural capital of the way to promote theeconomic development of the recreational business district, and provide space for the intangible culturalheritage through recreational business district, people and capital to promote the dissemination ofintangible cultural heritage. Combined with the intangible cultural heritage and RBD interactive elements,this paper presents two interactive development path, including the basic elements （create a cultural space）, personnel elements （inheritance, the main recreation involvement）, security （the government’spolicy support, promoting factor （RBD） image promotion）.Finally, taking the Kaifeng Gulou RBD as an example, combined with the related survey data analysisof its own, and Realization Mechanism of interactive development of Gulou RBD and intangible culturalheritage, validated before theory scientifically, and conclusions.
