Currently, Supan Confucius Institute has become the most authoritative center of Chinese language learning and training in the mid-west region of Thailand, in which the scale of teaching staff and high-quality teaching plays a very important role. And each year the Chinese practice teacher designated by Guangxi University plays a prominent part in Chinese language teaching. They often have a fund of Chinese theoretical knowledge, but they are not yet experienced in teaching in Thailand. Thereby, the research on Chinese teaching problem that may come along is typical and no one has done any research on teaching affect through a practice teacher’s point of view. Therefore, I, as a writer, conduct the questionnaire survey and interview to the practice Chinese teacher assigned to35schools. This thesis mainly analyses the characteristic of Chinese practice teachers and Thailand students, through which we have inquired into the teaching strata, Chinese language course, teaching time, teaching methods, instructional designs, language strategies and the effective management of classroom. Based on the teaching problem presented from collected data and statistics, I, as a writer, try to put forward my solutions and suggestions to the teaching problem of practice Chinese teacher. I as a writer hope that this thesis can throw away a brick in order to get a gem for promoting Chinese teaching develop in depth in mid-west of Thailand.
