A fair amount of human development results brought no happiness but"anti-development" baffles. The worsening of ecological environment greatlythreatens human existence and development. Only by coordinating the relationshipbetween the economic development and environmental protection, can we guarantee asustainable development of human society. Thus, green development is currently ourbest option. However, the development of green economy now faces great challenge,the responsibility main body does not fulfill its designated duty is an important reason.This paper studies the ethics of responsibilities of green economy development.First,the research on the ethics of green economic development requires firstly anunderstanding of its connotation and features, analysis the moral connotation ofdifferent subject’s responsibilities, and grasping its unique ethical characteristic, andthus performing a further ethical inspection on the responsibilities.Second,, the contradiction between man and natural environment is becomingincreasingly prominent, the ecological environment is rapidly deteriorating, andecological resources are drying up. These problems force human reflection: howshould we treat nature, how to deal with the relationship between development andenvironment right, and how to protect of the rights of all things fairly, and we shouldcarefully review our responsibility of green economy development, and with aresponsible attitude to all mankind and nature, shoulder the responsibility to protectenvironment so as to promote the development of the global green economy.Third,Performance of this responsibility must adhere to the ethical principle ofjustice, adhere to the principle of "common but different responsibility", to ensure itsfair distribution, and maintain proper development in developing countries, clearrespectively the responsibilities of the government, enterprise, market, and the public,and gradually perfect relative principles such as the polluter pays, ecologicalcompensation, and performance evaluation.Human beings should follow the environmental moral responsibility, respect nature, and the whole world should participate and actively take on theirresponsibilities to ensure a global green economy development.
