The Construction Of Corporate Responsibility Ethics From The Perspective Of Green Development

“Corporate responsibility” is one of the hot topics in recent years. Scholars of economics and management science have carried on deep exploration about the corporate responsibility. Although the responsibility is an important object to ethics, there are many disputes existing in the field of ethics about the corporate responsibility which also influences the cognition and practice to their responsibilities in our national business circles.In contemporary world, green development mode has become a new development path for human beings. Regard to “the cells of the national economy”——enterprise whose development has been influenced significantly by how to re-examine the problem of corporate responsibility under the green development view and how to construct the corporate responsibility ethics that adjust the green development.Under the green development view, the thesis studies how to construct the corporate responsibility ethics through the green demands and changes during the development of the enterprises and the reconstruction of the value orientation about the corporate responsibility. The thesis suggests that the green development is a new development path as an innovative and leap-forward mode including that the green reform innovation is an important guarantee, the green technology innovation is the powerful driving force and the green development needs huge market. So in order to promote green development comprehensively, enterprises should improve the ability of green technology innovation appropriately to provide adequate technical support for its development. In addition, enterprises also should promote advanced green development starting from their own responsibility for society and environment.Green development which is the innovation of Chinese economic and social development aims to accelerate to establish the production and consumption mode of resource conservation and environment-friendly and to enhance the capacity of sustainable development. In the face of the boom of green development started in the global world, our enterprises especially during the structure transformation and industrial upgrading should attach great importance to the construction of corporate responsibility ethics and insist the road of corporate green development.
