Study On Urban Residents’Leisure Behaviors And Leisure Industry Space

Chinese people’s life has undergone huge changes since21century under thebackground of scientific and technological progress and the sustainable economicgrowth, and the world-shaking changes have taken place in the life structure andphilosophy under the influence of high-speed transmission of information. On the onehand, the rapid urban development ensures the speedy increase of urban population,but on the other hand, it ignores the perfection of urban functions. The industrialmanufacture has become the basic urban function after the human-begin enters theindustrial age; while after the developed countries enter the post-industrial age, the“people first” concept advocated by the cities has enjoyed popular support more andmore, and thus the urban industrial functions give way to the urban service functionsconstantly. Among which, the importance of leisure to the urban begins to appear andthe leisure behaviors and leisure awareness of urban residents develop constantly, butthe academic study on leisure is just in the initial stage. The defects of numeroustheories can’t guide the development of leisure industry and explain numerous leisurephenomena.This article applies the leisure behavior process and behavior characteristics ofthe urban residents as the main point, under the support of behavioral geography,leisure demand theory and leisure motivation theory, study the theoretical basisthrough documents and collects data by field investigations. At last, this article appliesthe methods of analysis and synthesis and through the statistical software research ofSPSS and EXCEL; it analyzes the change and development status and features of theresident leisure behaviors in the process of the urban increasing development, and italso studies the changes brought from the new-built Relics Park in the residentialareas, then comes up with the conclusion of practical functions of resident leisurebehaviors changes to the leisure industry development by the method of analysis andsynthesis.The main study contents of this article are as followings: Firstly, it discusses the development and change process of leisure significance,analyzes the leisure awareness state of human-beings, carries out the comprehensiveconclusions in according with the research progress conditions home and abroad,points out the unsatisfactory aspects of leisure study in China are that change featuresof resident leisure behaviors within a certain scope can influence the changes ofproduct and service in the area leisure industry. How can the Chinese people withdifferent ages, educational level s and economic conditions enjoy the public leisurefacility together within a certain scope? Then, classifies the leisure behaviors ofresident and analyzes the leisure behavior features by the methods of analysis andsynthesis. And then carries out the analysis of the influence of Daming PalaceNational Heritage Park emergence to resident leisure behaviors. At last, comes upwith the conclusions of what kind of influences can the change and development ofresident leisure behaviors bring to the development of leisure industry, and bringsforward the opinion.
