| He Bai lived in the special historical period of the late Ming Dynasty.The style of scholars seeking leisure and enjoyment prevails.The elegant life style of grandmother and uncle and Li Zhi、 Yuan Hongdao’s thoughts of love and quality have created He Bai’s officialdom.He Baishan’s poetry,calligraphy and painting,good drinking,making friends,and having fun are typical representatives of the late Ming dynasty’s pursuit of leisure life.At the same time,the many poems and works he left behind provide reference materials for future generations to study their leisure outlook and leisure practice.This article takes He Bai’s leisure concept and leisure practice as the research object,and relies on the above historical materials to comprehensively use the related theories such as history,leisure science,and aesthetics.First,review the research results of He Bai and leisure science in academic circles,define the concept of leisure,and explain the reasons for choosing He Bai as the research object.Second,comprehensively analyze the source and forming conditions of He Bai’s leisure concept from the aspects of the social background of late Ming Dynasty,the influence of family style and the contacts between He Bai and Li Zhi Yuan Hongdao and others.Based on He Bai’s poems and other related works,he systematically discusses He Bai’s leisure aesthetic interests and spiritual life from three aspects: ontology,time theory,and realm theory.Organize and summarize his rich and varied leisure practices from individual to collective,and strive to comprehensively evaluate He Bai.Third,based on the concept of leisure,summarizing He Bai’s leisure concept and his leisure practice have the following characteristics: colorful,extensively involved,pursuing innocence,and freedom.Fourth,analyze the historical value and influence of He Bai’s leisure concept and leisure practice from three angles of leisure attitude,leisure style and value orientation.It can be seen how he practiced and enjoyed leisure life artistically,and it can also provide a useful reference for how people today carry out elegant and diverse leisure practices. |
