I chose such a particular topic as Comparison of special phrases expressing pasttense in Chinese and Arabic languages because the comparison between Chinese andArabic language specific has sufficiently rarely been studied.The main purpose of the dissertation is to identify and to compare the manner ofthe past tense expression in Chinese and Arabic languages, to understand the dynamicof the aspect particle “le” through the "Error Analysis" of Sudanese students studyingChinese language.In this paper I mostly focused on the dynamic of learning error types such asomissions, misuse, substitution and wrong sequence of the aspect particle “le” use. Inaccordance with the detailed analysis of the Sudanese students’ learning aspectparticle "le", I provided several teaching methods that reduce existent types of errors.This research has two significant parts as theoretical and practical.Through Comparison in Complete state of Arabic and Chinese languages.Writer found both languages have Similarities,and Differences.Identical: both languages have grammatical means of indicating the complete state.Similarities: Both languages have function words, such as Arabic has “?"Chinese hasParticle "le" to indicate the occurrence of action.Differences: Chinese Complete state words form does not change, Arabic languagenot only has three tenses verb, also has change in verb displacement.
