With the continuous development of science, a variety of technology advances,semiconductor and microelectronics technology has made a major breakthrough, resulting inVLSI and digital speed sensor technology development. Development of electronic technologyresults in the associated mapping technology development, application of new technology andthe invention of new equipment, One of the most striking is the three-dimensional laser surface scanningtechnology.Three-dimensional laser surface scanning technology integrates optical, mechanical,electrical and other technology, which integrates traditional mapping the development ofmeasurement techniques through sophisticated sensing technology, as well as a variety ofmodern high-tech means. All in all, three-dimensional laser surface scanning technology,stechnical advantages can be very perfect solution to many of the traditional measurementmethods can not solve the problem, while improving the traditional approach ineffectivesituation. Therefore, clearing three-dimensional laser surface scanning technology principlesand applications of the process can improve the practical application of the technology in theproject application depth and breadth and all have a very important role in practicalsignificance.In this paper, on the ground at home and abroad for three-dimensional laser scanningtechnology research status are on the basis of in-depth analysis, systematic exposition of theprinciples and theories of the technology to the technology as the core of a scanner systemcomponents. Meanwhile, in the software environment, combined with the theory of variousalgorithms discussed three-dimensional laser surface scanning point cloud data acquisition anddata processing; analyzed the data preprocessing, noise and other aspects in addition to the mostimportant work after the end of that three-dimensional model building; Finally, according to theaforementioned three-dimensional model building process, a detailed analysis usingthree-dimensional laser surface scanning technology to measure three-dimensional model andreconstruction Turtle Tomb methods and processes,and by using the3D Laser Scanner to getpoint cloud data modeling,and got the Guishan Tomb writing more accurate surface model and 3D model, so as to realize the3D reconstruction of Guishan Tomb ancient buildings such aswriting and digital preservation.
