The Study On Variation Of Oracle Based Component In Common Use

Oracle inscription configuration study and research of oracle components get lots ofattention in recent years, and some scholars have made remarkable achievements. This paper,on the basis of the former scholars, accompanied with the authoritative book《OracleEncoding》、《the New Oracle Encoding》、《the Oracle Dictionary》、《Oracle’s Lin Text》asreference sources, continues to study oracle inscription configuration, takes the comparativeanalysis of character patterns,analyzes the component variation in the process of composingcharacters, and induces its regularity and reasons.The thesis is divided into five chapters. First chapter is the introduction,mainlyintroduces the main material that this thesis is based on,reviews the history of the oracleinscription configuration study, introduces the research significance、methods and goals. Thesecond chapter mainly introduces the selecting principle and definition of the oracle basedcomponents in common use.Third chapter and fourth chapter is the foundation of the thesis.It is also the material source and the starting point of the latter theory. Third chapter takes theindividual variation of the oracle based components as the research object. It includes:writing direction and position variation、complicated and simplified variation、the empty bodyor entity and outline or line variation、other component variation. From the four aspects, itanalyzes oracle based components variation situation and illustrates respectively. Forthchapter is based on the overall variation of oracle based components as the research objects.It is divided into study in component substitution、study in component quantity、study inisomorphic components and study in polysemy components. Fifth chapter is the theory partof the thesis. It mainly induces the variation regularity and the variation reasons of the oraclebased components in common use.
