From the English East India Company involved in India textile trade in1660to1930s, India-England textile and raw material trade is an important part of company’s Asia Trade. The paper discusses the rise of the English East India Company’s India-England textile and raw material trade, the kinds of the textile and raw material, the different points from1660-1760and1760-1830two terms, also the impact of the textile and raw material trade on India and England.The paper is divided into four parts. The first section discusses how the English East India Company involves in India textile trade, mainly from the production and trade of India textile before17century, the foundation of the English East India Company’s trade station in India, the competition of India textile trade between the English East India Company and other companies, the different history ages of the English East India Company’s India-England textile and raw material trade, such four parts to discuss.The second section discusses the India textile trade of the English East India Company in1660s to1760s, in order to discover the fact of the history in that age. This section pays attention to the reflection of the English when the India textile import into England, then discusses the change of the trade quality and the trade price. It also mentions the change of quality of Indian main textile cities in textile trade in different times.The third section discusses the textile and raw material trade of the English East India Company in1760s to1830s, in this age, India become production market of England. Then the English textiles sell to India market. India involved in capitalism world market system. England also uses high tax to kill the Indian domain textile production then control Indian textile market.The forth section discusses the impact of India textile and raw material trade of the English East India Company from India and England two aspects. In first term (1660-1760), the India textile trade brings lots of good textile to England, it also helpful to the rise of England domain textile production. The second terms (1760-1830), a lot of textile raw material import England from India. At that times, England was in The First Industry Revolution, the production sell to India, bring England lots of wealth and support the development of the capitalism economy, For India, in first term(1660-1760), India textile developed quickly because their production sell to England. In second term (1760-1830), India becomes the raw material sellers and production market, loss a lot of wealth but it also significant to the progress of Indian society.
