Risk decision-making is to show individual is unable to predict future eventsprobability of selection, the decision-making process and results are uncertainty.Decision-making is the most common psychological phenomenon in human daily life,it not only influences the individual level of investment and financing, but also thenational and multinational organizations in public policy making, therefore, inaddition to the factors that affect the risk decision as framing, the external factors suchas risk situation, impulsivity as individual characteristic factors also obviously affectsthe risk of individual decisions. Impulsivity refers to a multidimensional personalitytrait, often referred to as "action without thinking", means the reduced susceptibilityto have negative results, in the information processing process of stimulus to completebefore they make a rapid unplanned response, individuals lack of consequences toconsider. The object of this study is normal group, first of all, we use questionnaire surveyto discusses the development characteristics about the impulsivity of college students, and the relationship between impulsivity and the tend of risk decision; Then we usethe behavior experiment method to examines the psychological mechanism ofimpulsivity influence risk decision; Finally using ERP technology to discusses theneural mechanisms of impulsivity influence risk decision. We obtain the followingmain results:(1) The overall levels of impulsivity is below than the drug addicts, internetaddictions and high procrastinators, and exists significant differences on thedemographic variables such as gender, grades and urban and rural;(2) Impulsivity of college students was significantly negatively correlated withself control, and had significant negative correlation with the RPI of earning situations, indicate that there is an association between impulsivity and risk decision;(3) In the IGT, under the net loss feedback conditions, high impulse group ofsubjects maintain the decision modelthat"Immediate benefits priorityā€¯, and showed higher tolerance to punish (loss);(4) In the BART, compared with low impulse group participants, high impulsegroup shows a high level of risk seeking propensity;(5)Low impulse individuals are more sensitive with loss feedback, more obviousin the EEG changes of FRN amplitude; Individuals with high impulse are moresensitive to reward feedback, more obvious in the EEG changes of P300.In conclusion, impulsivity is the important factors that affect impulsive decisiontendency and risk decision-making, behavior and ERP evidence suggests that highimpulse of damage tolerance is higher, more inclined to risk seeking.
