As a social language, Leadership speech plays an important role inbusiness activities. We can explore the social language development throughresearching on it. In the situation of domestic and international, the research materialsmostly focused on Obama, Zemin Jiang, Xiaoping Deng’s speech language, but less inRongji Zhu’s Speech. After had settling all speech materials of5premiers since thereform and opening up in China, we found that the multi-level analysis and researchmainly focus on the leadership science, language style art, language aspects of ZhuRongji conversation language, while lack of academic achievements from pragmaticstheories or perspectives to dig for it.This paper will give the meticulous analysis of Rongji Zhu ’s unique languagestyle and exquisite language strategies based on Rongji Zhu’s speech memoir andRongji Zhu’s reporter asked as the main research text. Besides, it will also combinedwith the theory of conversational cooperation and Rongji Zhu real speech, deeplymining conversational cooperation theory’s impact on Rongji Zhu’s speech strategyformulation. In the end of this paper will stress on the leadership language strategies,in order to exploring the strategy of acquisition method of the leadership though thevision of Grice’s conversation cooperation theory.
