The Preparation And Survey Of The Youth Leadership Survey Scale

Abstract: With the social and economic development, people are increasinglyaware of the remarkable leader can greatly enhance productivity and thus more andmore people for leadership. Social demand for high quality talent, the education ofpeople on the one hand to have a broad, solid knowledge, on the other hand must have astrong ability. Leadership for the social construction of high-quality talent is an essentialability, thus today’s society in the selection of personnel, more and more attention to itsleadership. This also makes the school education should pay attention to the cultivationof students’ leadership skills, in particular the systematic cultivation of high efficiency.The purpose of this study is the analysis summary of previous studies and the actualsituation, the preparation of a survey tool to explore the structure and characteristics ofyoung people leadership skills for youth leadership. This study firstly used the baselinesurvey, and then prepare questionnaire, in order to study the leadership ability of theyoung students’.The result shows:(1) the great influence factors are: getting the current position and the advantage,utility of current position, self-fulfillment and leadership style, interpersonalcommunication or peer support, the elder support, early leadership experience theseseven factors, among which the most influential leader is self realization;(2) The preparation of the Institute of the scale factors and total scale has goodreliability and validity, the interpretation of a high degree of youth leadership, theconsistency of the response were also higher;(3) Leadership skills of young students is a unique and fast, according to theircharacteristics and the ability to structure and develop appropriate scientific trainingsystem to give a reasonable guide and train.
