Theory of mind (ToM) is the ability by which we can able to understand the full range of mental states (beliefs, desires, intentions, imagination, emotions, etc.) of ourselves and others. This ability also makes it possible to infer and predict the mind and behavior of others. It’s very important in the social word. Recently, the study of ToM is already expanded from children to adults and the elderly. One of the most used assessment to measure ToM of adults is the "Eye Test" developed by Simon Baron-Cohen. There are some studies home apply this test. Stimuli of the test are eyes of foreigners. In avoid of the Within-Group Effect, this study try to develop a test more applicable for Chinese.This study was processing on the basis of Baron-Cohen. Six main courses were conducted in present study. First, the recension of the text materials in the serial test CAM of Baron-Cohen. And then took the pictures of a boy and a girl in college. Third, the primary filtration of those pictures. Next, matching of pictures and text. And then the Item Analysis. Last was re-test and the examination of reliability and validity.The study was end of a40items test for Chinese adults. The Cronbach a index was0.716and the validity was well. We found a significant effect of gender in the first apply of this test in college students and postgraduates, consistent with results in prevenient studies.
