Pro-social behavior is mainly refers to the friendly positive behaviordemonstrated by the people in the social interaction, which is characterized by theothers and the whole group benefit and can contribute to the harmonious relationshipof both sides. It is an important social skill, but also an important indicator of the levelof social development. Therefore, combined with the children’s own temperament anddesign an effective program to promote children’s pro-social behavior.The study selects404students, form1to6grade randomly selected two classesin each grade, male and female ratio is equal. Use the method of questionnaire toinvestigate the characteristics of the development of the pro-social behavior fromgrades1to6pupils. Then discuss the characteristics of1to grade6pupilstemperament and the relationship with pro-social behavior, on the basis of the primalschool students`temperament characteristics to design the promote pro-socialbehavior, while using event sampling observation records of the individual child.When the promotion program is finished, compare the changes of two groups onpor-social behavior, discuss the effectiveness of the promotion.The study results show that:(1) Grade1to6primal school students`pro-socialbehavior tend to score a significant age difference. Improve with age, pupils`pro-social behavior propensity score increases. Grade4is critical period of thedevelopment of pro-social behavior. Grades1to6primal school students`pro-socialbehavior tendency score age difference is not significant.(2) Primal school students`temperament and tendency of pro-social behavior was correlated with negativeemotional dimension of activities and social inhibition with pro-social behavioraltendencies highly relevant, the content should be a focus on promoting pro-socialbehavior.(3) promote pro-social behavior of pupils assessed based on thetemperament curriculum is effective, not only to improve the several individualstudents in the experimental class temperament characteristics, but also can improvepro-social behavior of all students in the experimental.
