Peer conflict resolution strategy is a pattern of behavior taken by the individual action and psychological efforts, which in order to avoid injure and threat caused by peer conflicts. The structure of peer conflicts resolution strategy involves5dimensions: manage positively, compromise, competition, obedience, evasion. The correct selection of Peer conflict resolution strategy plays an important influence in individual’s social and personality development.Temperament is a unique dynamic characteristics of mental activity. Temperament is mostly determined by gens, but it has possibility of change across time and across situation. Previous studies have shown that temperament has an effect on choice of peer conflict.This study researched peer conflict resolution strategy of junior school student and temperament according to questionnaire method and case method. Firstly, we discussed the relationship between them, and then based on it designed a groups promote scheme which is suitable for junior middle school students. Through the promotion experiment of the half a year, the temperament characteristics of junior school students were improved effectively, meanwhile the peer conflict resolution strategy became more actively, and promoted the junior school students’ Social and Personality to develop healthily.The conclusions of studies are as follow:1.The junior school students’temperament have significant positive with peer conflict resolution strategy. The negative emotionality, attention and reaction in children temperament can predict peer conflict resolution strategy.2.Based on the temperament,the course is effective which can effectively improve the students’temperament and peer conflict resolution strategy.
