| Objective:Through the retranslation of defense way questionnaire items, to adjust andimprove because of entries in the translation of the defense way questionnaire structurevalidity of influencing factors. And to test its reliability and validity, to review thequestionnaire and the reliability and validity of theory model of fitting degree.Method:Benxi by convenient sampling method, the selection and437cases ofChaoyang city residents, and selection in Shengjing hospital affiliated to China medicaluniversity psychological clinics,166patients with anxiety and depression weremeasured. Interval after3months, from the community sample of128cases randomlyselected subjects for retest. All samples with The Defense Style Questionnaire (DSQ-88)of Chinese version, Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) were investigated. UsingSPSS17.0and AMOS7.0to statistical analysis of data from tests the validity of theletter.Result:1、Formal test after item analysis, found that all the entries of CR value isgreater than3.00, achieves statistical indicators, among them,1,29,41,50,52,68,79,85entries and factor correlation coefficient is less than0.30. The questionnaire afterdeleting all entries subordinate factor of Cronbach’s alpha coefficient has no obviouschange.2、Reliability analysis showed that the translated again DSQ with good internalconsistency and stability. Four dimensions of Cronbach ’s alpha coefficient respectivelyimmature defense mechanism, intermediate type of defense mechanism is0.7690.875,0.619mature defense mechanism, conceal factor0.609. Retest reliability were notmature defense mechanism, intermediate type of defense mechanism is0.810.79,0.75mature defense mechanism, conceal factor0.72. Correlation coefficient reachedsignificance level.3、Validity analysis:(1) the content validity is through the translation, translation, expert consultation, group discussion, and preliminary experiments such as form, make thecontent of the questionnaire is suitable for Chinese cultural background, has goodcontent validity;Each item (2) the questionnaire and subordinate factors between thecorrelation coefficient between0.18-0.58, the defense mechanism and the factor of thecorrelation coefficient of0.25-0.83, and relevant to the significance level (P <0.01);(3)the scale between the four factors of the correlation coefficient between0.05-0.55;(4)will do community sample with outpatient sample T test showed that in the maturedefense mechanism factor, community sample of all the defense mechanism of mean ishigher than that of clinic samples, and oppression and humor reached significant level(P <0.05); Type in immature defense mechanism factor, all of the defense mechanismof mean, outpatient sample is higher than the community sample, in addition tocomplain and division, have reached significant level (P <0.01); In intermediatedefense mechanisms factors, in addition to the idealized, incapability of all-around,denial and the desired mean, community sample is higher than the clinic samples, therest of the defense mechanism of sample is higher than the community sample mean foroutpatient service, including avoidance, pseudo altruism, denial and consumptionreached significant level (P <0.05).(5) the eysenck personality questionnaire (EPQ) ofeach component of the table while psychoticism (P), neuroticism (N), both inside andoutside to (E) and defense style questionnaire (DSQ), according to four factors relatedtype immature defense mechanisms and psychoticism (P), neuroticism (N) there ispositive correlation (r=0.45,0.60); And (E) is negatively related to both inside andoutside (r=0.21); Mature defense mechanism and psychoticism (P), neuroticism (N)negative correlation (r=0.26,0.09); With inside and outside to (E) there is positivecorrelation (r=0.29).(6) men and women in a passive attack, in action, retreat,somatization, avoidance, idealized, consumption tendency of defense mechanisms existsignificant differences, among them, the men use consumption tendency to thefrequency of the defense mechanism than women, and women in the use of passiveattack, in action, retreat, defense mechanisms such as somatization, avoidance, idealisticthan men.Conclusion：This study completed the questionnaire mode of defense project analysis,homogeneity reliability, test retest reliability and content validity, structure validity,empirical validity and confirmatory factor analysis, the results show that the DSQChinese version has good reliability and validity, accord with the requirement of psychometrics, and its theory have better fitting. |
