After the Meiji Restoration,Japan gradually embarked on the road of capitalism,and gradually establish a strong national defense forces.The establishment of Japan's national defense policy in order to achieve the abolition of unequal treaties signed with the Western powers and the purpose of arms.The introduction of Japan's national defense policy from1907 to 1936 is based on the international situation and the domestic and international conflicts.During this period,the defense policy has conducted three modifications and adjustments,including the government and the army,the army,navy and a military budget expansion direction,the imaginary country debate,the development of Japan's defense policy is based on continuous improvement in their own strength and the changing international situation.The Japanese government and the military between defense and expanding the fierce discussion and conflict is the essence of how to conduct foreign aggression and expansion of the debate.Through combing the evolution and influence of Japan before World War II defense thought,can the consistency of Japanese Nationalism and the overall strategic thinking and the dominant position of influence and defense policy before World War II and effect analysis.Especially from the perspective of the theory of the process and content analysis of Japan's defense policy before World War II,further combined with the "relationship struggle between imperial defense policy" and the army and navy to clarify the "policy" after the introduction of the result and analyze the influence to modify the characteristics of Japan's defense policy and two wars Japan's defense policy and attitude of the Western powers in Japan,the Second World War as an example,describes Japan's defense policy impact on Asia and the world.
