In recent years, with the strong driving of the global economy, traditional folk culture is facing the severe challenge, although the government departments increased on the protection of traditional folk strength, but there are still a lot of problems.Based on the hutian village as an example, Analysis from the perspective of villagers, the villagers the willing of the related content of the protection of traditional folk culture, enrich the research of the protection of traditional folk culture, the traditional folk culture protection has a positive effect.Under the guidance of the system theory and the theory of traditional folk culture protection, through literature research, from the perspective of traditional folk culture protection, preliminary study the hutian villagers willing to traditional folk culture protection; Using the expert questionnaire method to hutian villagers traditional folk culture protection research, this paper concluded as follows:Worrying hutian’s traditional folk culture protection,1, the level of economic development lags behind, farmers’cultural life didn’t pay attention to folk culture. In the countryside, farmers out of farming, most of the time is in playing cards, visiting, drinking and so on way to kill time. Most of the farmers is generally believed that the holidays have no special meaning. A lot of young people working outside all year round, and the traditional civil folk, most farmers have not to heart.2.Lacking of current rural folk culture has become an important reason for the further development of the rural folk culture, the team is weak,and the professionals in aging, government spending on the rural cultural construction is very few, for the protection of traditional folk culture is obviously insufficient, make the loss of traditional folk culture constantly.Through the investigation and analysis, in view of hutian town related problems of the protection of traditional folk culture, puts forward some Suggestions.1, improve the relevant laws and regulations, formulate the policy for the protection of folk culture development and the protection plan.2, strengthen the propaganda and education, improve the active participation of villagers awareness of the protection of traditional folk culture.3, strengthen rural folk culture professional talent training.4, the construction of traditional folk culture industry.5, increase capital input to the rural traditional folk culture construction.
