With the advance of science and technology, environmental pollution and ecological destruction and other human disasters follow, economic development is not all of human life. In the course of building a harmonious society, we have experienced a lot of problems and conflicts. People depend on food to survive, so we must put the quality and safety of food on first。Eating、clothing、living、using、lining, eating is the first. In recent years, the food safety incidents occur touches millions of hearts."Eating safely, eating at ease", is the common aspiration of the majority of people. Through the analysis of the actual situation of food safety issues in the past, due to the current phase of economic and social development level of domestic, Food safety incidents in China is entering a period that happened many times. How can economic and social development harmonious? This article started from current situation of food safety, prospected from systems theory, according to the system as integrity, openness, complexity and dynamic characteristics, analyze the cause of frequent food safety issues such as the destruction of human nature unlimited development, abusing the science and technology lack of understanding, eating foods blind may be harm for the human body. inadequate social regulation, media’s boots error and so on. These are all the causes of frequent food safety. Reference foreign methods of addressing such issues; Find the methods such as strengthening community supervision, enhancing consumer awareness, improving the quality of practitioners that adapt the situation of our country. In addition to conclusions in this article is divided into four chapters, Chapter Ⅰ introduction, from the Foundation, what is food safety, research at home and abroad are reviewed. Chapter Ⅱ from the viewpoint of systems theory, according to the system on the whole, openness, complexity and diversity of characteristics, combined with China’s reality, on status quo of food safety issues and complexity. Chapter Ⅲ is based on the characteristics of system theory, analyze the cause of frequent food safety issues. Chapter fourth remedy is guided by principles of system analysis, identifying appropriate solutions and advice prevention measures.
