The inner vitality of art originates from the unique perspective and keenobservation. The visual semantics of color in design which service and guide thedesign itself, reflect a social and scientific progress, enrich people’s feelings andinner world and connect with people’s material and spiritual life closely. Alongwith the progress of modern society, scientific development, integration ofChinese and Western culture, the visual language of colors is international anduniversal.Design colors’ appearance and participation make human life richer. As aform of expression, the visual semantics of color, its application and aestheticvalue is unquestionable. People are to learn and master the characteristics and theperformance way of color, and explore the visual language meaning and spiritualpursuit of color deeper to use colors flexibly according to the differentcharacteristics of things, which is very important. Coloring of design works is tobe effective and express the characteristics, style and positioning of things.Different colors can touch the viewer’s emotional and spiritual changes, subtlyarouse the audience’s psychological changes and convey the theme, appeal pointsand spiritual intension of the works to the audience. Used properly, the perfectcolors are always sensitive to seize people’s demands and emotional pursuit,soluble in people’s life, and better reflect in it.The visual language of colors is an important part of design. Design intoday’s society can be said to be ubiquitous, almost all fields must have colorparameter; with color participation and visual language expression, we have richvisual experience and life. Because the color fusion to people’s life, work,emotion and so on in different range, lives are more beautiful, feelings are morecheerful, efficiency is improved greatly, and emotions are expressed better. Through the study of color in design, the understanding of the visuallanguage, people can not only totally perceive color areas, including the physicalproperty and psychological attributes of the color, but master the application andexpression of color in design from perceptual to rational color perception,observation, expression and creation. Color has a strong visual impact; colorvisual language is the key factor in the success of work, which can promote thewhole work style, involves a variety of disciplines and will be constricted byvarious conditions. With various visual languages and wide coverage, usually thepopular visual language of colors will be used in order to highlight the visualimpact, make the audience accept and leave a lasting memory. This kind of visuallanguage will quickly cause attention from the audience, integrate the theme ofdesign with the visual language of color for the best publicity results. Based onthe theoretical and practical development, the purpose of this paper is to studyhow to make better colors effect on human life, and through varioustransformations of its own elements the color will affect the design field andreach a new height.
