With domestic economy growing, exhibition industry developed into a dynamicservice industry, It not only bring direct economic benefits, but indirectly promote thedevelopment of relevant industries such as food and beverage, transportation,accommodation, advertising, tourism, entertainment. It’s rushed to build exhibitioncenter or exhibition venues in cities across the country, under the situation of this, thewayfinding signage system can not get enough attention in the construction of theexhibition venues. Convention and exhibition’s wayfinding signage system plays animportant role as a communication medium among the show environment space andpeople. At the present stage, the design level of wayfinding signage system in theexhibition venues in China is relatively low, this is a relatively new topic has arealistic significance also. This article attempts to analyze and research the conventionand exhibition’s visual wayfinding signage system design from the perspective ofhuman nature in the current era background. Based on the demand of people in theprocess of pathfinding behavior,this paper put forward the design strategies andmethods of visual wayfinding signage system, by analyzing the present situation andthe problems of exhibition venues’s guidance marking system, and combined withsome outstanding case’s comparison and analysis.It is in order to providespecifications of the tour order and humanized service for the visitor, to make theexhibition venues become more convenient, harmonious and efficient, and to providesa certain theoretical basis for the future exhibition’s guiding sign system design at thesame time; to further improve the service system of convention and exhibitionindustry.
