A Study Of Enterprise Value Assessment Of Ningxiang Dianguang Network Co., LTD

The cultural creative industry is a new industry which plays an increasinglyimportant role in the development of today’s economic society. At present, the studyof cultural creative industry are mainly concentrated on the construction of thevaluation index at home and broad, paying little attention to the enterprise valueassessment and the choice and discussion of its valuation methods and constructionmodels. In order to promote the transactions and development of the cultural creativeindustry, it is right to carry out an objective and fair value assessment of it. Thisthesis is based on the enterprise value assessment of a case company, being of greatsignificance in promoting the development of the cultural creative industry.Firstly, the article elaborates the connotation and characteristics of the culturalcreative industry and the operational characteristics of the value chain. It comparesthe cultural creative industry with the traditional and high-tech industry andintroduces three basic methods and related theories of the enterprise valuation; Then,this paper sets Ning Xiang Dian Guang Network co., LTD as a example and expoundsthe basic situation and financial position of the case company in recent years. On thisbasis, it explores the selection of the assessment method and the construction of theevaluation model of the enterprise value assessment in cultural creative industry;furthermore, this thesis analyzes the business environment of the case company fromthe macro, industry and corporate aspects, raises the basic premise and assumptions ofthe assessment, and carries on the enterprise value assessment of the case company onthe basis of forecasting future cash flows reasonably and estimating the discount ratescientifically by using the discounted cash flow model.This paper argues that the enterprise value assessment of the cultural creativeindustry can still follow the traditional evaluation approaches and methods. Theincome approach will be more scientific and appropriate in the enterprise valueassessment of the cultural creative industry if the asset evaluation theory and methodare combined with the special background of the culture creative industry on theanalysis of this enterprise values assessment.
