This article jump out of the Agrarian Revolutionary War the main line of research paradigm in favor of research focused on the potential interaction of the KMT and the CPC during this period "cooperative" relationship.For the tone, the Republic of China in the late agrarian revolution and land reform measures of the KMT and the CPC, and the consequent social patterns change, the National Government land reform as the center of the study tours.Analysis of the agrarian revolution of the CPC Jiangxi Province, it is not with the National Government land reform initiatives for confrontation, but for docking with the National Government land measures, and thus to understand the KMT-CPCthe similarities and differences of the land policy of the two parties and the common trend.The first chapter mainly summarized before the Northern Expedition, the basic conditions of the rural community in Jiangxi Province, Jiangxi Province, the local community and analyze the principal contradiction, and thus to understand the mechanism of the agrarian revolution and the National Government and the ruling were to face resistance.The second chapter discusses the depth and breadth of the Agrarian Revolutionary Communist Party of China Jiangxi society, and echoes the principal contradiction and described in the first chapter, pointed out that the Agrarian Revolutionary War with the centrifugal forces of the local community and in the volatile factorsconsiderable extent by the role, and the Chinese Communist Party initiatives such as the sub-fields, but also help ease the the Jiangxi internal land caused by various social contradictions.The third chapter combing National Government in the entire thirty or forty years the land reform measures and thus proving that the National Government land reform is not a tradition that false reform, but the prospects for success of the policy, buttense situation at home and abroad because of this era, resulting in its failure to achieve major reform effect.The fourth chapter analyzes the the National Government Lands reforms moved to Taiwan land reform for the the Jiangxi social role, and this reform experience.Conclusion of this article pointed out that the land policy of the Kuomintang is mild and has the characteristics of realism, more suitable for rural areas and the country’s development needs with respect to the CCP’s land reform, is worth learning and learning.
