Language education in our country, the reading has a pivotal role. Since ancient times, the Chinese language as their mother tongue teaching Chinese language education,"read" extremely important. Foreign language teaching has also been set up in our country for decades, with a variety of TCFL deepening of the study, which serves as an independent discipline theory are also tend to improve, but now training foreign students in oral communication or there is a "foreign accent" problem, which shows foreign students Chinese language and rhythm on the mastery of knowledge and practice are still insufficient. To enable students to master Chinese rhythm actual knowledge, the most important means of "reading." Therefore, this paper on the basis of previous studies, in order to imitate the principles of learning theory, memory, reading science and other principle and as a theoretical basis for analyzing the characteristics of foreign language teaching reading, meaning and implementation of the conditions, the methods of teaching reading into specific the actual teaching of foreign language voice makes reading teaching specific sense, in order to seek solutions to foreign students,"a foreign accent" issue feasible way.This paper mainly the use of literature and empirical research methods, from the five parts of the paper for analysis.
