Foreign Chinese character teaching has always been a research focus in the field of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, which aimed at the different nationality student’s language practice, and carry out teaching and research is according to the specific topic of common concern to the scholars in last decade, but the degree is not enough. Especially in the teaching of Chinese characters, the number of research results is rare. This and as the largest number of people overseas to learn Chinese-Japan’s position is out of proportion. Based on this situation, the author has chosen to Chinese characters teaching, this research subject, from the perspective of Japanese students write Chinese characters errors analysis of the existing research on Japanese students learning Chinese characters, based on the analysis of the writing errors in some special phenomenon and the main reasons for this phenomenon, contributing to the richness of foreign Chinese character teaching theory, the meager strength.In this essay, the author collect200composition of Japanese students in HSK Corpus Dynamic Composition of Beijng Language Univercity and analyse the220writing Chinese character errors. Then indentifies three types:1.type of error A (substituting Japanese characters for Chinese characters)2.type of error B (incorrectly written characters) and3. misused characters. In general, all the three types account for the similar proportion. The similarities of the characters have more negtive transfer to the Japanese students.In the errors analysis part, the author thinks that the influence of negative transfer to be reckoned with in Japanese, Japanese Chinese characters in form, sound and meaning on the Chinese characters written on the negative transfer function; Japanese students don’t know the character of Chinese characters, words and their internal structure consisting of a few Chinese characters Chinese characters as well as the acquisition of the relationship between the disorder; Psychologically, han stud similar word has great interference on the Japanese students, while too much attention to differences can also lead to han, with form of Chinese character writing errors. In addition, Japanese students taciturn disposition of daily teaching of Chinese characters and the whole environment also affect the acquisition of Chinese characters.Finally,the author point out that tranferring the concept, teaching Chinese characters knowledge,comparing the characters both uses in the two countries are the effective means.
