Curse is gradually derived from the original oath. The oath in Tubo period cited the God or Dharmapala as evidence that with the help of limitless power of the gods and the faith of karma necessity to achieve the effect of certain constraints. If you were to go against the oath, you would be punished severely. Gradually, the curse customs have formed a kind of religious ceremony, especially after Tubo dynasty collapsed and the unified law system crumbled. The vulnerable groups had nowhere to belong, they produced the idea of depending on the curse against their enemy, and regarded curse as the best strategy for revenge, so this kind of religious ceremony has developed. The curse also became the tool in accordance with the power of the gods to subdue enemies in sectarian struggle.Epic Gesar is an encyclopedia which reflects Tibetan society and history after the collapse of Tubo dynasty. The epic describes a large number of relevant situations of subduing the enemies depending on the power of the gods. The first part of this paper discusses the curse and the origin of the curse. The second part details the purpose of curse, curse ceremony, the required items and spells of the ceremony, and the reflection of the curse combining with the Epic "Gesar". Finally, this paper attached some precious materials about curse of Nyingma in order to offer researchers more attention and study.
