With the development of human civilization, the interpretation has been generated andconstantly development. Along with the implementation and execution of our country’sopening to the outside world policy, interpretation work has become an indispensableimportant link in carrying out foreign activities. It plays a very important role in bridgeand the link in the human social interaction and communication. Both interpretation andtranslation are mental work with high strength. Although both of them are a kind ofprocess of expressing and reproducing the original information by the interpretinglanguage, compared with the translation, interpretation has its own unique operationmode and inherent law. As a special means of oral communication, interpreting task useslanguage as the tool and has the role of media among different culture conversation inorder to communicate with each other. So from the causes of interpreting effect, how toimprove the interpreting fluency is the purpose of this study.The work object of interpreters is not fixed on paper, but invisible oral language. Becausethe interpretation has an instantaneity on the distribution and transmission fuzziness andcomplexity on information, characteristics of high pressure work, the interpreter mustfinish listening, analysis, memory and expression in the limited time and at the same time.So in dynamic interpretation, interpretation fluency is particularly important as one of theinterpreting standard. Reproducing the meaning of a spokesman fluency and properly notonly can satisfy the listener’s expectation, but also improve the quality of interpretationwith better interpreting work. For the non-fluency phenomenon, this paper puts forwardthe solution and hopes that it can improve the interpreting fluency and provides thereference for teaching practice.
