Each year a large number of new Chinese teacher was sent to work abroad to teachChinese By Hanban, or other communication channels, a large part of them are studentsfrom higher normal colleges and universities, the Chinese teachers have receivedprofessional knowledge education and training, in the initial stage of professionaldevelopment. But because it is the novice teachers, due to the change of social role andworking environment, there will be a lot of problems in the process of teaching practice.Chinese teachers’ practical knowledge, in the process of teachers’ professionaldevelopment plays an important role, it directly influences the Chinese classroomteaching effect and quality. So the new expatriate Chinese teacher’s practical knowledgebecomes very necessary.The author depends on the conditions in South Korea, a professor of Chinese, anduse the method of narrative research, for a coach Korea for three years of excellentChinese teachers’ teaching and the real life story.This research through the study of teacher practical knowledge to Chinese, analysisof the teachers’ personal practical knowledge practicality, situational, comprehensive, andpersonal characteristics, summarizes the expatriate Chinese teachers, especially theinfluence factors of new Chinese teacher’s practical knowledge construction.The results showed that the novice expatriate Chinese teacher role transformation,facing the teaching ability insufficiency, the issues of cultural adaptation, and in view of theproblems of foreign Chinese teacher practical knowledge construction from the followingseveral Suggestions, including the improvement of training mode, narrative researchmethods, and widely used by teachers reflection and properly handle interpersonalrelationships, etc.Of this study was to further understand the novice expatriate Chinese teachersgroups, and for the future reference for the study of Chinese language teachers’ practicalknowledge, the education law behind the new Chinese teacher’s professionaldevelopment, cultivating and training of international Chinese language teachers putforward Suggestions, hoping to Chinese study of Chinese teachers to provide someopinions in the field of international education, for your reference.
