The purpose of the current study was to find out the post-trauma stress disorder problems among Afghanistan teenagers and preliminary analysis of their needs, and to understanding the consequences of PTSD problems on students learning. Mainly to better understanding there are conducted two type of research:Survey:Participants were200Adolescents students of high schools, of Afghanistan including114girls and86boys, under this investigation shows lower and upper median. Score of PTSD was split and crosstab between lower-and upper-median, the respondents of below moderate are120participants, valid percentages showed60%non-symptoms PTSD) and the respondents of above moderate are80participants, valid percentages showed40%symptoms PTSD) in chi square design was significance but in within group design no significant. Effect of war to PTSD, participants who had weak experience of war had lower level of PTSD than participants who had strong experience of war, it mean affected them. And also group statistic (Effect of gender) males and females that show females are more affected than males. Relationship between socioeconomic and PTSD shown that participants with weak social economy had less level of PTSD than participants with average social economy.Interview:Among all of respondents of survey, those participants who had serious problems they were10participants with different cases,3males and7females, when asked them mentioned many things about their problems, for instance;"experience of war, displacement, weak economy, immigration, jobless, love, death of relationship, suicide attack, witness of incident, kidnapping, dead of father, insult, Separation, bombing by the planes without pilots and poverty" become cause of their, problems, they said. This result shows the factor of war more affected than other factors on students learning and life situation. Second impact on teenagers of Afghanistan, is that caught them, many kind of (PTSD) problems, all of interviewee complaining from "depression, anxiety, disparate, confusion, stressful, obsession, anorexia, suicidal thoughts, Insomnia, concentration problem, joules, shy, cries and sad". Interviewees’needs security and peaceful, treatment, live in the light of Islam, help, mental hospital, invite warriors to peace, consulted, flexible and indoctrination good dreams, rid is war and encouragement" needs. Interviewees wishes relying on God, graduate, get marriage, teacher, starting new life, good future plan, study, job, worship, educational partnership, understanding man, good friend, and success love". This research has to be a very effective for finding post-traumatic stress disorder.
