Perfectionism has always been one of research focuses of psychologist,especially for clinical psychologist,perfectionism has been regarded as a kind of negative personality traits and the root of all kinds of physical and mental diseases for a long time.Until the end of the 20th century,scholars began to pay attention to the positive significance of perfectionism.Perfectionism includes positive perfectionism and negative perfectionism.Positive and negative perfectionism affect the individual's work and social life from different angles,which have positive and negative effects on the individual and the organization.Work and family are two areas that adults most closely contact with,especially for professional women who have perfectionist tendencies,the research about the relation between work and family has very important significance.Studies have confirmed that personality can influence individual interpretation to objective environment and their behavior patterns,and which has a significant impact on work-family conflict and enrichment.In addition,it has been found that the value of social culture about division of labor based on sex has a significant impact on the work-family enrichment and conflict.Therefore,this study introduce role attitude towards women to explore the correlation and effect mechanism between positive and negative perfectionism,role attitude towards woman,work-family enrichment and work-family conflict.The article is divided into two research parts.In study one,we randomly issued 273 forecast questionnaires,and get 232 valid questionnaires.Through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,we revised the positive-negative perfectionism scale(PNPS)compiled by Terry-Short,Owens,Slade,and Dewey(1995)for the localization version.By the the revised positive and negative perfectionism questionnaire,role attitude towards woman questionnaire,work-family enrichment questionnaire and work-family conflict questionnaire,we made a questionnaire survey for 322 professional women in study two,through data analysis,this paper made following results.(1)The revised Positive and Negative Perfectionism Scale includes two dimensions:positive perfectionism and negative perfectionism.Professional women generally have higher positive perfectionist tendencies.(2)The demographic variance of each variable indicates that perfectionism,role attitudes toward woman,work-family enrichment,and work-family conflict of professional woman be influenced by age,marital status,education background and position rank,the unit property has no significant effect on the four variables.(3)There are positive correlations between positive perfectionism,work role recognition towards woman and work-family enrichment,and there are positive correlations between negative perfectionism,family role recognition towards woman,work-family conflict.(4)Perfectionism indirectly impact work-family enrichment and conflict through role attitudes toward women.Among them,work role recognition towards woman plays partial mediating role in the relation between positive perfectionism and work-family enrichment,at the same time,family role recognition towards woman plays partial mediating role in the relation between negative perfectionism and work-family conflict.Perfectionism has both positive and negative aspects,the individual should avoid weaknesses,play a positive role in perfectionism.Positive perfectionism can enhance the work-family enrichment of professional women through partial mediating roles by the work role recognition towards woman.The study of relationship between perfectionism,role attitudes toward woman,work-family enrichment and conflict can help companies formulate more effective policies and systems,promote good interaction between female employees' work and family,and provide new ideas for professional women to achieve win-win between career and family.
