The Relationship Between College Students’ Online Learning Self-Efficacy And Social Support

In this study, we used method of literature analysis, questionnaire, interviews to research college students’ online learning status of self-efficacy, and make educational recommendations. At the sametime, we will explore the relationship between college students’ online learning self-efficacy and online social support, and the mediating effect of social reality support in the relationship. Online learning self-efficacy questionnaire, perceived social support scale and online social support questionnaire will be used to survey of498college students, the results showed that:(1) Students’ online learning self-efficacy at a medium level, which acts to behavior control flu highest score, self-effort sense lowest score. Online learning self-efficacy level of college students between diferent grades, different birth conditions and different computer application showed significant differences, but no statistically differences were found among students of different gender and special fields. The perceived social support and online social support students obtained are in a good condition, higher than average.(2)There was a significant positive correlation among college students’ online learning self-efficacy, perceived social support and online social support; college students’ online learning self-efficacy and perceived social support were all the positve predictors of online social support.(3) Students’ online learning self-efficacy could directly to predict the online social support and its dimensions, also online learning self-efficacy could indirectly predict online social support by perceived social support, that is to say, college students’ perceived social support play a mediation effect on online learning self-efficacy and online social support.Students’ online learning self-efficacy for online learning to enhance the effect is significant, while college students can not only directly to seek more social support network by way of improving online learning self-efficacy, but also indirectly enhance social support network through realistic ways to improve online social support to meet college students to be recognized and respected psychological needs, establish a harmonious online and offline relationships, optimize network application environment, reduce depression and negative emotions, relieve pressure on the students in terms of learning, living and employment, thereby promote the upgrading of their mental health.
