In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet,the network terminal has been widely popularized,and the service of network has been continuously improved.The Internet provides a field with a convenient and effective interpersonal interaction for people,without reality interpersonal interaction's time,regional and class limitation.Through the Internet,people can transfer information,communicate emotion,extend social networks,etc.College students are an important group of internet users,and online communication is an important part of their daily life.In internet,they can show their experience and ideas,also can get information and emotional support.College students are in the key stage of development in their lives,and face the challenges caused by the change of the inside and outside environment.So,the questions are whether the self-disclosure in the internet and social support obtained from the network can affect their social adjustment,and what is the role of student's internal and external locus of control in this process? Presently,there is no integrated research on the relationship between online self-disclosure,online social support and social adjustment of college students.Therefore,this study attempts to explore the relationship between these three parts,and detect the role of internal and external locus of control in the relationship between online social support and social adjustment.This study carried on the investigation and analysis of 342 college students in Chengdu based on the "Questionnaire on Adolescent's Online Social Support","Online Self-disclosure Questionnaire","College Student Adaptability Inventory","Internal-External Locus of Control Scale".Through the description statistics,t test,variance analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis,mediation and moderator analysis,we studied college students' online self-disclosure,online social support,social adjustment and internal-external locus of control,following their variation in all demographic variables as well as the relationship of these four factors.The main conclusions as follow:(1)The number and depth dimensions of college students' online self-disclosure show significant differences on whether the one-child,i.e.,the score of one-child in number and depth dimension of online self-disclosure is significantly higher than the non one-child.The dimension of career choice adjustment for college students' social adjustment depends on source ground,i.e.,the dimension of urban college students is significantly higher than that of rural students.The dimension of self-care adjustment for college students' social adjustment show significant differences on gender and whether the one-child,i.e.,the dimension of female college students is higher that of male students,and that of one-child is higher than that of non one-child.The dimensions of the total score of online social support,friend support and emotion support for college students depend on source ground,i.e.,all the dimensions of urban college students are higher than that of rural students.The dimension of college student's emotion support from online social support shows significant difference on whether the one-child,i.e.,the emotion support of one-child is higher than that of non one-child.(2)There is a significant positive correlations between college students' online self-disclosure,online social support and social adjustment.(3)The online social support of college students plays a full mediating role in the relationship between online self-disclosure and social adjustment;The online social support shows a full mediating effect between conscious dimension and social adjustment.The online social support shows a masking effect between the quantity dimension and the social adjustment;The online social support shows a partial mediating effect between positive dimension and social adjustment.The online social support shows a masking effect between the depth dimension and social adjustment.The online social support shows a full mediating effect between the honesty dimension and social adjustment.(4)The internal-external locus of control shows a moderating effect between the online social support and social adjustment.(5)The internal and external locus of control allows adjustment in the relationship between online self-disclosure and social adjustment.The internal and external locus of control allows adjustment in the relationship between position dimension and social adjustment.The internal and external locus of control allows adjustment in the relationship between depth dimension and social adjustment.The internal and external locus of control allows adjustment in the relationship between honesty dimension and social adjustment.
