Research On Protection Of Intangible Cultural Heritage In China

Intangible Cultural Heritage, refers to the various communities, groups, andsometimes personal, regarded as a variety of social practice part of their culturalheritage, the concept of representations, expressions, knowledge, skills, and relatedinstruments, objects, artefacts and cultural spaces. Protection of intangible culturalheritage, is a national cultural heritage, promote important cultural basis of nationalfeelings of great significance to promote the transfer of Chinese civilization, theprotection of cultural diversity. Since the publication "Safeguarding of the IntangibleCultural Heritage", the state and local government emphasis and protection ofintangible cultural heritage and gradually strengthened.This paper is divided into three parts, the first part is about the review processof the United Nations on the intangible cultural heritage protection issues first; thenexpounded the important value of intangible cultural heritage, including culturalvalue, economic value, historical value, aesthetic value, scientific value and otherrelated value; then put forward the relevant principles of the protection according tothe important values, consisting of the integrity principle, the government-ledparticipatory and people-oriented principle, the principle of priority of endangeredheritage, the principle of gradual and orderly progress, analyze specific issuesprinciples.The second part analyzes so far the status quo of intangible cultural heritageprotection in China, mainly from two aspects, one is listed in China has achieved inthe protection of intangible cultural heritage of the achievement, then is that ourcountry made great achievements in the protection work at the same time, there arestill many problems.The third part is mainly directed against the proposed part of the problems, andputs forward the ways and measures to protect. For example, strengthen thepropaganda, to form a good environment and atmosphere of public opinion;strengthen legislation, improve the legal system; strengthen the education andtraining of students in the school; culture heritage, provides space heritage andheritage conditions; local conditions to carry out protection work.
