Germany New-expressionist was generated In the1970s to80s.The representativepainters created many works with different styles and characteristics,most of the work showsthe characteristics of reverse trend of contemporary art,that is,make abstract return toconcretization.This paper start from the features about Germany new-expressionist paintinglanguage,analysis and summary the features about Germany new-expressionist paintinglanguage,then make a further analysis about its spiritual connotation,and give a summaryabout Germany new-expressionist painting and its position in art history.The article is divided into three parts to analysis and summary,the firstchapter:Summarize and analyze the feature of Georg Baselitz’s painting language,which is“Upside down”and “variations”;For J rg Immendorff is "Politics" and "history";For AnselmKiefer is"Graffiti" and "symbol";For A.R.Penck is "Graffiti" and "symbol".The secondchapter make a analysis about its spiritual connotation of the features about Germanynew-expressionist painting language——the spirit of Facing history, the art spirit of“Rebellion” and “create”.The third chapter summarize its influence for eastern and westernpainting art.The features of Germany new-expressionist painting language impacted on thedevelopment of post-modern art.It makes easel painting back to the people’s field of visionagain.It is a landmark for the traditional painting.In contemporary Chinese society,it’s full ofdifferent kinds of digital art,The traditional easel painting has lost its glory.And this issimilar with the historical background of Germany new-expressionist.The research purpose ofthis paper is increase the degree of art understanding,and Supplement the information aboutit,then,I hope to make some help for the development of Chinese easel painting.
