This study adopts questionnaire survey, this paper and discusses perception of organizational politics, job burnout, coping styles and the relationship between self-efficacy and other variables. By independent samples t test, single factor analysis of variance, the mediation effect inspection, regulating effect and so on, the following conclusions are drawn:1、perception of organizational politics consciousness has a significant positive prediction function on job burnout.2、The relationship between perception of organizational politicsand burnout is partially mediated by positive coping styles.3、The relationship between perception of organizational politicsand burnout is partially mediated by negative coping styles.4、The relationship between perception of organizational politicsand burnout issignificantly moderated by self-efficacy. |
