| This study adopts questionnaire survey, this paper and discusses perception of organizational politics, job burnout, coping styles and the relationship between self-efficacy and other variables. By independent samples t test, single factor analysis of variance, the mediation effect inspection, regulating effect and so on, the following conclusions are drawn:1ã€perception of organizational politics consciousness has a significant positive prediction function on job burnout.2ã€The relationship between perception of organizational politicsand burnout is partially mediated by positive coping styles.3ã€The relationship between perception of organizational politicsand burnout is partially mediated by negative coping styles.4ã€The relationship between perception of organizational politicsand burnout issignificantly moderated by self-efficacy. |
