It is to cooperate with each other in one kind of rival forms between members to organize, this kind of form is because the resource is limited, this kind of relation that cooperate as well as competes for must cause the existence of the political behavior. According to the organizational behavior theory, the behaviors of all people are as the foundation to the realistic consciousness with them, and people's consciousness is that environment. The political behavior of this kind of organizing, and the influence their behavior, one of the most significant behavior is turnover intention.This research adopts the random sampling method to investigate in Wuhan Nanjing and Ningbo. We use correlate and regression method to research the relationship between perception of organizational politics and turnover intention; perception of organizational politics and job satisfaction, and between job satisfaction and turnover intention.The result shows that: perception of organizational politics is correlated with job satisfaction and turnover intention, and making a variation amount of the explanation that can be better too. The relationship of population statistics variable and the perception of organizational politics shows that : the age, working life and duty have important influence on the perception of organizational politics, other variable such as educational background have little influence on it, this outcome is different with other research.
