According the special condition of China and referring to some other likely studies aboard, We developed a scale to measure the perception of organizational politics. Through preliminary study, formal study and cross-sample confirm, the POPS (perception of politic scale) has high reliability and validity. According to the result of formal study, we analyze the characters of the perception of politics of employee in China.We get the conclusions:1, POPS has high reliability and validity. It can be used to measure the perception of politics of employee in China.2, Sex, age, duty and the kind of organization have no influence on the scores of POPS.3, There are some difference between male and female in the factor loading of the factor structure.4, The absolute level of perception of politics of Chinese employee is a little low.
