Cyber-loafing is the personal behavior of employee who use the network to do activities unrelated to work during working hours,causing some bad outcomes to organization.In the discussion of the causes of cyber-loafing,Less concern about the organizational politics,which originates from the most common political behavior in the organization,and has an important influence on both employee and the organization.For employee,perception of organizational politics was easily influenced by the negative impact of work environment factors,which results in decreasing attention when work and cyber-loafing.Thus,this study explored the effect of employees’perception of organizational politics on cyber-loafing and explored the influencing mechanism.According to the research of organizational justice,perception of organizational politics can influence organizational behavior by influencing the degree of organizational justice of individuals.Therefore,this study further explored the relationship between perception of organizational politics and cyber-loafing from the perspective of organizational justice,clarifying the relationship among the three variables.Thinking that there was no proper tool to evaluate the perception of organizational politics of employees in China,the connotation and structure of organizational political perception of Chinese employees were explored,and a measurement tool was developed to verify its reliability and validity.In the second study,employees’perceived organizational politics and perceived organizational justice were used to explore their cyber-loafing in order to clarify the influencing factors of cyber-loafing and provide management suggestions.The main conclusions of this study are as follows.(1)The self-compiled"Employee perception of organizational politics Questionnaire"consisted of four dimensions:"Self-serving behavior of colleagues",―Leadership privilege and clique phenomenon","Policy and practice gap"and―Leadership impression management",with a cumulative explanation variation of about 60.04,the model fitted well(χ~2/df=1.42,CFI=0.98,TLI=0.98,SRMR=0.03,RMSEA=0.03),The Cronbach’sαof the total questionnaire was 0.96and the Cronbach’sαof the four dimensions was 0.91,0.90,0.75 and 0.80.The questionnaire has good reliability and validity,which can be able to measure employees’perception of organizational politics.(2)The test results of the relationship between perception of organizational politics,perceived organization justice,and cyber-loafing:perception of organizational politics can predict positively cyber-loafing significantly(β=0.66,p<0.001),perception of organizational politics can predict negatively perceived organization justice significantly(β=-0.76,p<0.001),perceived organization justice can predict negatively cyber-loafing significantly(β=-0.58,p<0.001),perceived organization justice played a part in mediating the effect of perception of organizational politics on cyber-loafing,the mediating effect value was 0.13,accounting for 19.70%of the total effect.
