The report describes the translation of academic monographs--Reconstructing thePost-Western Myth. As the knowledge spreading and people’s spiritual life developing,academic articles are being more and more important to some scholars. The writing,publishing and translating of academic monographs and academic papers are playingan essential role in the scientific research. There are two functions on publishing andtranslating academic monograph: on the one hand, one’s research achievements couldbe recognized after transmitting in public; on the other hand, it is an effective way forexperts and scholars’ discussion and communication in certain field, and then promotethe development of scientific research.
