The Pitch Organization Analysis Of Berg’s Lyric Suite

On composing The twelve-tone system,Alban Berg did not obey the basic rules.Heinheritance and development this kind of skills,enriched the expression of thetwelve-tone. Berg combined the twelve-tone system with free atonality on composingthe Lyric Suit,which expressed highly integrated character.This article based on thischaracter,analysed the pitch structure,and the study of basic elements,and its’ logicalrelationship with secondary structure,pitch system analysis,revealing two characterbased on series and syllabic group and these internal connection, which could exploreBerg’s harmony and skill character on this works.
