The She ethnic group, which call themselves "Shanha",live in the southeast coastland of China for generations. As an ethnic group with long-established history, the She People build their production and customs of distinct mountainous features. Also, their customs, religion, folk belief, handicraft, and so on, are all cultural heritage with extreme ethnic features.However, in this present society, where traditional culture and modern culture, ethnic culture and global culture, interact with each other, especially under the influence of Chinese economic reform as well as socialism new rural reconstruction, ethnic characteristic village construction policies, Jinbei inevitably be drawn into the modern tide, and the She’s cultural and ecological environment is constantly changing.Based on the angle and purpose of ethnographic rescue, this study, which selected a She’s southeast coastal village at the east of Fujian-the She’s village at Jiao town in Ningde city, research the economic life, clan organization, family and social structure of the population, religion and belief, folk culture, as well as heritage protection and tourism development in the context of ethnic characteristic village construction. On the basis of ethnography, the author conducted a perspective thinking about the change and development of this She’s village, especially since the Chinese economic reform, socialism new rural reconstruction and ethnic characteristic village construction policies took place, the author considers that the Jinbei She’s village presents "a metaphor of She’s home ":the "Metaphor" reflected under the guidance of national policy, a sort of "pilot village" as Jinbei, whose development is actually hovering in new rural reconstruction and ethnic characteristic village construction policies, which did not achieve development according to local conditions, nor the villagers really participate in the village developing, but rather exhibit a "blind subjectivity."...
