Study On The Construction Of "characteristic Culture Village" In Dongying Village, Ruzhou, Henan

Mining and displaying the characteristic culture with regional style, and constructing characteristic culture village is an effective way to promote the cultural development in rural areas, and an effective form to put the socialistic core value system into practice. Therefore, Ruzhou municipal Party committee and the government called on the whole city to dig out the village cultural resources and carry on innovations combined with the times requirements, thus promote the ethnic culture, display Ruzhou's feature, and create the characteristic culture villages. This thesis takes Dongying Village, the pilot of constructing characteristic culture village of Ruzhou, as the research object, and probes into the theoretical and practical problems in the construction of characteristic culture village in Dongying Village based on the reality of Dongying and guided by the distinctive flag of building a socialist core value system.Through elaborating the conditions and special advantages of Dongying Village's constructing characteristic culture village, this thesis analyzes on the present situation, summarizes the achievements of its founding, and also points out some prominent problems:some villagers'indifference to accept the advanced culture; human resources' utilization is not effective, and the whole village's cohesion is not strong; emphasizes on the hardware setting, not the software; lack of construction funds; the cultural brands and the trend of industrialization have not been formed and so on. Furthermore, the thesis analyzes on the causes for the problems from the following aspects:the villagers' overall quality, the development of propaganda work, the degree of protection and emphasis on the village's traditional folk culture, the sources of construction funds, the negative influence of market economy, the status of guiding the characteristic culture's industrialization, and so on.According to the causes for these problems, this thesis puts forward the route choices and countermeasures for Dongying Village to build characteristic culture village, and highlight the maneuverability from the following aspects:advanced culture oriented, improve the quality of peasants from multi angle; unite the whole village's cohesion, from the starting point of propagandizing characteristic culture village; primarily construct "software", as well as develop "hardware"; implement the investment diversity; enhance the epochal character and innovation of the characteristic culture, and cultivate cultural brands; seize the characteristic resources, make reasonable protection and development, and promote the full development of characteristic cultural industry; to establish a healthy development of the long-term mechanism, and so on.
