China is a country with agricultural civilization as the core of traditional culture,farming family of agricultural civilization gave birth to a rich connotation of the village culture,local culture is a symbol of Chinese culture which is different from any other nation in the world.However,with the invasion of industrial civilization and urban civilization,the living space of local culture has been constantly squeezed,the ability of self-growth and renewal is weakening,and the village culture is facing the crisis of rupture.The current situation of the development of village culture is not optimistic,village culture lost the basis of identity,folk customs gradually disappear and the phenomenon of empty countryside appear.The reason is that the development of local culture can not keep up with the pace of Urbanization,the village cultural sharing space decline,and the lack of local culture.At the same time,the inheritance system of the village culture is facing problems that lacking of transmission and ductility.In view of the above situation,the transmission system of village culture and the way of communication need to be established.Since the 18 th National Congress,the central committee are pay close attention to the fate of rural development,guiding the whole society to set up cultural confidence.After the "beautiful country" activities held in 2013,No 1 Central Document,published in 2014,clearly require that Chinese should "inherit rural civilization”,and the cultural confidence should further set up in the countryside.In this spirit,how to maintain national culture fundamentally,how to inherit and communicate the village culture,Haotang village's success experiences are worth studying.Through observation and visit,the study found that Haotang village's culture communication experiences include four parts.Firstly,the main method is that construct a beautiful country and get rid of the theory that demolishing old buildings and constructing new ones;restore native country landscape;build ecological environment;provide public cultural services.All the methods are in order to provide a platform for the spread of village culture.Secondly,they make a village cultural symbol,which is divided into three layers——material layer,system layer and spirit layer,therefor illustrate the connotation of village culture.Thirdly,they build new industrialization pattern,and through the cultural brand,creative industries and tourism industry chain to spread the village culture.Finally,the Haotang pattern through the mainstream media and we media to expand village's popularity and reputation.After study the construction pattern of Haotang village,this article analyzes those success experiences' internal cause and external cause,and points out the existing problems as well.Ultimately this article thinks about the Haotang village's future development direction.Based on the experience of Haotang village,the village culture communication strategy in the beautiful rural construction activities includes four aspects.First of all,it is important to reshape the value of village culture;building rural community and identify village culture again.Secondly,perfect the system of the inheritance of the village culture;strengthen the construction of traditional model and security system;summarize the effective experiences from history and foreign countries.Thirdly,build a mainstream media model of village culture value system;innovate the way of communication and dissemination of content;promote the fusion of culture and science and technology and Internet.Finally,build rural culture brand;the rural landscape construction contains the local characteristics;organize a wide variety of the folk festival activities;innovate composite tourist industry development.
